 Our returns and exchange policy

 All our products are non-refundable, it is important that you consult our size guide before you make your purchase. There you will find all measurements and recommendations regarding size and fit.

 In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, if the item is unworn with hygiene sticker in place/swing tags still attached we will gladly replace the item with the same or another item of equal value.

 If you find your bikini is not fitting right, you can exchange it in for store credit equal to the value of your swimwear purchase minus any shipping charges.

 Please ensure the following Exchange criteria is met: 

• Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery 

• Item must have hygiene sticker in place and swing tags attached 

If your item is purchased during a sale period we will do our best to exchange the item with the correct size, if this item is out of stock we will replace it with a similar item with equal value.

 Shipping by Australia post, make sure to track your item as we do not take responsibility for any lost packages once it has been dispatched.
